Set a goal by finding a new way to challenge your mind

Set one intellectual well-being goal for yourself by identifying some new way to stimulate and challenge your mind — reading for fun, journaling, playing games, a new hobby or skill, learning a new language or instrument, etc. Set a specific goal for what you want to accomplish in a given time period, and say your goal out loud or write it down to solidify your commitment.
