Setting Goals to Improve Your Well-Being

All too often we start off with new resolutions that we intend to keep, but find ourselves off-track within a few months. Setting specific well-being goals is a critical first step to sticking to our new routines and establishing healthy habits. If you want to improve your fitness, for example, you will be two to three times more likely to exercise if you set specific goals upfront.
