Each year, January 3rd is recognized as Mind-Body Wellness Day around the world — serving as a timely opportunity to celebrate overall health in body, mind and spirit.

With a new year upon us, it’s common to re-evaluate how physical, emotional, social and financial well-being each play an integral role in overall health — and to consider changes to habits or goals aimed at supporting your personal progress.
