We recently completed our latest global well-being challenge, Step Up to the Challenge — bringing together thousands of employees from around the world. And we’re pleased to share that you all stepped up in a big way!
During the six-week challenge, employees and their spouses/domestic partners from 37 countries collectively logged an impressive 622 million steps – over 439,312 kilometers (or 272,976 miles) — far surpassing our goal of 140 million steps!
The commitment of our employees during this challenge, and every day, to improving their well-being is inspiring, and we are thrilled to make a special donation to Water for People for exceeding our global steps goal in such a big way.
We would like to give special recognition to the winners of the Step Up to the Challenge competition. These individuals went above and beyond to log their steps each week, improve their step count throughout the challenge, participated in the in the Boost Your Steps Days and shared their well-being motivation on social media.
