WELLbinar: Mindful gardening

Gardening is a peaceful pastime that can help your de-stress, connect with nature, and focus on being more aware of your surroundings. In this workshop, you will learn how you can use gardening as a way to be in the present moment and explore the connection between plants and people. During the workshop, you will be encouraged to use all your senses in a guided meditation and journaling activity.
