WELLbinar: Desk + chair yoga for beginners (U.S., Canada)

Desk + Chair yoga is designed to support the physical + mental well-being of desk workers. It’s great for a quick refresh, without having to leave your desk or change your clothes. We’ll focus on stress reduction techniques and common workplace ailments such as low back pain, wrist discomfort, tech neck and fatigue. All you need is a chair — follow along right at your desk.
