Mental Health Allies

We’re a global company with a purpose: to deliver a better world. Even though we think big, we never overlook the importance of the people who help us deliver our promise. We are committed to our employees’ well-being and to the things that help employees be their best, personally and professionally.

Help Starts Here

Request to Speak with a Mental Health Ally

We all face challenges, both personally and professionally. Having a trusted resource to connect with one-on-one can help. If you would like to speak with an AECOM Mental Health Ally regarding a challenge that you or someone you love is facing, complete this form to be connected with one of our specially trained AECOM Mental Health Allies.

*It is important to note that Mental Health Allies are not doctors or counselors. They do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. A Mental Health Ally is someone who will listen to your needs, provide support and connect you to resources that can help. Mental Health Allies follow strict confidentiality and privacy guidelines.

Why did you become a Mental Health Ally?

Good mental health and well-being is so important to me because it is the foundation which allows us to be the best person that we can be. If I can help just one person by offering support, guidance and/or signposting to professional services then the training was worth it.
