Wellness benefit

AECOM values the emotional and physical well-being of our team members. To help our team members achieve this, AECOM provides staff the ability to claim a $200 annual wellness subsidy to be used to offset costs associated with fitness and wellness memberships and activities.

Insurances

You receive company-paid basic life insurance and have the option to increase coverage at a cost to the employee. AECOM also offers salary continuance insurance, which provides for a proportion of your normal earnings to be continued if you are unable to work due to illness or incapacity. Finally, in addition to business travel, personal travel insurance is provided.
