Health Insurance

The company contributes towards health insurance for employees, with the option to include dependents such as a partner and children. More information is available here: AECOM Bdoc.

Death and Disability Insurance

Provides coverage for long-term illness and in the event of death.

Pension

An additional pension is provided by AECOM — employees pay a social contribution through their pay.

Meal Vouchers

Each employee receives meal vouchers worth €10 per day, with AECOM contributing 50% of the cost.

Bicycle Allowance

The company reimburses the kilometers cycled in a year up to €400* per year. This can be combined with transport reimbursement for a total of €700* per year.

Public Transport

50% of an eligible travel subscription is paid by for by AECOM.

Seniority Leave

Additional leave is given based on length of service — one extra day every five years, up to an additional four days per year.

Bereavement Leave

Employees are entitled to bereavement leave in the unfortunate event of the death of a close family member. Further information can be obtained from your HR contact.

Marriage and Partnership Leave

Employees are entitled to four paid days off for eligible marriages and partnerships. 

On Field and Travel Allowance

Employees within the grades 10-14 will receive an allowance if they are working on site and spending nights at a hotel.
