Accident Insurance
Accident insurance provides coverage against accidental injuries or accidental death in the workplace.
Disability
Additional insurance when an employee is disabled.
Pension
A pension plan is provided via Zwitserleven with an employer’s contribution of 11,25%. This include a partner’s, orphans pension, waiver of contribution in case of occupational disability. A WIA-excedent and WGA Plus insurance are provided via Eclipslife.
Bike
The employee is obliged to lease a bike; more information can be found at AECOM.
Lease Car (optional)
A company EV car with a fleet car budget of € 700-€ 900 per month and a fuel/charge card which can be used across The Netherlands. The information about the type of car, possibilities and options are handled by an external provider.
Holiday Allowance
Employee will get 8% holiday allowance of their gross annual salary paid out every May.
Annual Leave
28 vacation days per calendar year, 20 statutory vacation days and 8 additional vacation days, excluding Good Friday and Liberation Day.
Commuting Allowance
Home-work travel costs are reimbursed for € 0,23 net per kilometer or public transport reimbursement. For business travel, a pool car can be provided.
Net Expense Allowance
Net internet allowance € 35 per month based on a full-time contract.
