For Parents or Patents -in- Laws benefits, the cost is shared equally by the company with employee
Group life and personal accident insurance
You will be covered by the Group Life Insurance Scheme during your employment. The scheme will protect employees for the financial risks associated with death. For details, please check with the HR Department or refer to the Benefit Manual.
Professional membership subscription
To support your professional growth, AECOM covers the fees for two job-related professional bodies’ membership fees per calendar year.
Maternity and paternity leave
Women are eligible for 26 weeks of leave, including both pre- and post-natal periods. AECOM also offers an additional 3 working days applicable as paternity leave for men.
Retirement benefits
Upon completion of your employment contract, you are entitled to gratuity, subject to minimum of 5 years service, as per Payment of Gratuity Act.

Time off
You are entitled to 18 annual leaves, 7 casual leaves and 7 sick leaves in one calendar year. Unutilized Annual Leaves are carried over up to max of 30 days while casual and sick leaves lapse at the end of year.
