“Feeling anxious — fear of a threat or something going wrong in the future — is something we all experience in our lives, particularly when we do something which is new, scary, or very important.

When suffering from anxiety, it is common to neglect your physical well-being. However, your physical and mental well-being are intimately linked and making an extra effort to do physical exercise such as cycling, walking or going to the gym on top of mindfulness and short term goal setting all help you recover. They certainly helped me when I suffered a period of anxiety a few years ago.”
